Try as hard as I can to avoid the World Cup, it's impossible not to be aware of the vuvuzelas.
I have my own vuvuzela tree - buzzing with bees.

State of the Garden
An occasional journal of jottings about my wee (very, very tiny) patio garden in Edinburgh.
I do not pretend this garden is particularly special -I'm not a plants(wo)man and I go for colour. It's quite scruffy, slug-ridden and has all the faults of an enclosed urban plot, overshadowed by neighbours' trees, a microclimate harbouring pests but it brings me joy. If you have a similar garden I hope you will enjoy this blog.
